Answer 1: The Applied Tamil Team are a Group of Humans spread across the globe joining together in a crowdsourcing venture for the development of the Tamil Language

Question 2: Who is the leader of this Team?
Answer 2: This Team has a Unique Functioning Design wherein there will be NO leader EVER for the Group. All the members are Equally Placed in the team.

Question 3: Are there any Posts in the Applied Tamil Team?
Answer 3: Yes. When a person Joins he enters the team as a Normal member, then based upon his commitment and Efforts taken by him for the development of the Team, First he will be elevated as a member of the 8 member team ENPAERAAYAM, then he will be elevated to the 5 Member team AIMPERMKULU.

Question 4: How to know a person is being elevated among the team members? Is that decided behind closed doors?
Answer 4: No everything is transparent - every week the Top Best effort makes will be shared in the Office and all can see openly who is getting elevated. Nothing is hidden in the Applied Tamil Team Proceedings.

Question 6: If there is NO Leader, How to arrive to decisions of the Team ?
Answer 6: All Decisions will be taken by the Team Members via VOTING process alone.

Question 7: How does the process of Voting happen in the Applied Tamil Team ?
Answer 7: As of now we use the Facebook Closed Group System for voting, soon we will develop a powerful website for this purpose. When a person joins the team,he will be included in the Facebook Closed Group and voting will be done via poll created in the Closed group.

Question 8: How will the Poll results be calculated ?
Answer 8: Poll Results will be obviosly Visible in the Closed Group FB Page. Majority wins always
